The word 'WebZ' and the WebZ logo image are legally registered trademarks in the Zambia (registration number) belonging to us (WebZ Internet Connections).

Except in limited circumstances, you must have written permission from us to use our trademarks. In all instances, everyone must comply with this policy and any other applicable terms.

The use of our trademarks may be necessary to refer to our products, services or other offerings. All such use must comply with any applicable agreements between you and WebZ Internet Connections as well as the following:

• Do not use our name or trademarks in a way that implies an affiliation, endorsement or association between you and WebZ Internet Connections, unless you have prior written permission from us.
• Do not use our trademarks next to your name or the name of your products or services.
• Do not alter, adapt, modify or otherwise change any of our trademarks
• Do not combine our trademarks with any other letters, numbers, words, or any design or logo.
• Do not use our trademarks in any way that is likely to tarnish or damage the WebZ brand or company (WebZ Internet Connections). This includes, but is not limited to, using our trademarks in association with, or to promote, gambling, pornography and any other illegal and/or immoral activities.

Use of our trademarks on printed materials or physical/tangible items is expressly prohibited without explicit written permission from us.

3.1

This website may make reference to, or display images of, registered third party trademarks. These trademarks are property of their respective owners.

3.2

Any usage of third party trademarks on our website is in accordance with the trademark policies of their respective owners and in good faith to the best of our knowledge.
